k8bd Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "k8bd", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the k8bd online betting and casino platform, accessible at https://k8bd.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" — the entirety of services, software, games, betting markets, account systems, and content made available by k8bd.
• "Account" — a registered user account created and maintained on the k8bd Platform.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who has registered an Account or is accessing the k8bd Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the k8bd Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account under a promotional offer.
• "Real Funds" — money deposited directly by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games or markets before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under k8bd's account management policies.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" — UTC+6, the time zone used for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any k8bd service. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. k8bd may request age-verification documents at any stage of your account's lifecycle and will suspend accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The k8bd Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting and gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. k8bd does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh and accepts no liability for use of the Platform from restricted territories.

2.3 One Account Rule. Each natural person may register and maintain only one Account on the k8bd Platform. Where k8bd identifies duplicate accounts linked by name, national ID, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances held pending review. Duplicate-account violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. k8bd will not be held liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and two-factor authentication credentials confidential. You must notify k8bd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. k8bd will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Obligation. k8bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud-prevention best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents before your first withdrawal or at any point during your account's lifetime.

3.2 Acceptable Documents. k8bd accepts the following government-issued identity documents for verification purposes:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladesh Passport
• Bangladesh Driving Licence (with photograph)
• Bangladesh Birth Certificate (for age verification supplementary use)

3.3 Proof of Payment Method. k8bd may also request confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder. Screenshots or statements confirming the registered mobile number or account name may be requested.

3.4 Verification Timelines. k8bd aims to complete KYC review within 2 business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold and processed upon successful verification. Players must cooperate fully with the verification process; failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Deposit Methods. k8bd accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in BDT:

• bKash — personal and merchant wallet transfers
• Nagad — personal wallet transfers
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking)
• Upay mobile wallet
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Visa and Mastercard debit cards (where issued by a supported Bangladesh bank)

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable maximum deposit caps are displayed at the point of deposit within your k8bd account. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. k8bd reserves the right to amend deposit limits with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the same name as the k8bd Account. k8bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal to bKash or Nagad is typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeit of all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from those Bonus Funds. Real Funds deposited alongside Bonus Funds remain withdrawable at any time, subject to identity verification.

4.5 Suspicious Transactions. k8bd reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, k8bd will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before processing or declining the withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers available on the k8bd Platform are subject to individual eligibility criteria. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. Players who have previously held a k8bd account, or who open duplicate accounts to claim a welcome bonus, are ineligible and will have bonus credits voided.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement on k8bd is displayed per promotion and must be completed within the time limit specified. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum eligible odds, or on restricted game categories, do not contribute toward satisfying the Wagering Requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to use of arbitrage strategies, coordinated betting across multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

5.4 Changes to Promotions. k8bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the terms current at the time of claiming will apply to that player's bonus balance.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions. k8bd may offer seasonal promotions aligned with events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). Each seasonal promotion will carry its own specific terms published on the Current Offers page at the time of launch.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed through the k8bd sportsbook are subject to acceptance by k8bd at its sole discretion. k8bd reserves the right to refuse any bet in part or in full, including where the bet is placed at erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error.

6.2 Odds and Pricing. Odds displayed on the k8bd platform are indicative and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed and accepted constitute the final odds for settlement purposes. In-play odds are especially subject to rapid change; k8bd accepts no liability for delays between a player's selection of odds and the confirmation of the bet.

6.3 Settlement of Events. Sporting events and casino games are settled in accordance with k8bd's official settlement rules, which are available in the FAQ section. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, k8bd will refer to the official result published by the governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, or ICC for international matches).

6.4 Casino and RNG Games. All slot games and Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games on the k8bd Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. k8bd does not control the RNG outcomes of these games. Game outcomes are independently verified and certified for fairness by the respective studios' testing laboratories.

6.5 Live Casino. Live casino games are delivered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. By participating in live casino games, you agree to be bound by the game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection, not by the player's last visible screen state.

6.6 Void Bets. A bet will be voided and the stake returned where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; the event is postponed beyond the period specified in k8bd's settlement rules; or an obvious pricing error is identified before or after settlement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k8bd Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting bots, scripting software, or any other automated tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to circumvent game rules or bonus terms.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward k8bd staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the k8bd Platform — including but not limited to the k8bd brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of k8bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. k8bd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. k8bd holds valid licences for all third-party game content offered on the Platform.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The k8bd Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k8bd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 k8bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if k8bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 k8bd's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude k8bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments. k8bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, k8bd will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Closure by Player. You may close your k8bd Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any outstanding Real Funds balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all pending bets are settled and KYC requirements are met. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Account Closure by k8bd. k8bd may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, where: you have materially breached these Terms & Conditions; k8bd is required to do so by law or a regulatory body; or k8bd determines that continued account access poses a risk to platform integrity, financial security, or other players.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. k8bd does not make representations about the legal status of online betting in any specific jurisdiction and does not claim regulatory approval from any Bangladesh government body.

13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, account balance, or these Terms & Conditions, you must contact k8bd support in the first instance at [email protected]. k8bd will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days of receiving all relevant information.

13.3 All times referenced in dispute resolution procedures are Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). k8bd's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility shall be final, provided the decision is made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
